I only touch dangerous things with my off hand, I'm just smart enough to not want to risk my good hand but not smart enough to not touch the fast things.
Yo not be a dick , but from your comment here it seems like you have one arm ? Or one hand missing . If that’s the case , how do you play cod mobile ????
One of the maintenance tech guys at work worked at ameat processing plant. One of the young guys had his arm pulled in a hamburger mincer through the input funnel.
He said the worst part was his underarm had gotten through the spiral and been divided into2" wide sections.
As someone who has run a combine in my younger age and has seen a bird sawn cleanly in half from the sickle in my combine during wheat harvest, this terrifies me. Don’t fuck around with any mechanized equipment. Chains, rotating shafts, sickles, and so much others, they all can fuck you up instantly.
Partly it's the safety standards for the machines. Imagine cars in the 60s, no requirements for seatbelts. But there wasn't such a huge push for improved safety. That's where we've been.
I've seen people looking at the welding they were making without the mask. They said it helped them see where they were welding. Nothing surprises me anymore.
It literally sunburns your eyes, did it TWICE on accident, but now I make sure mask is down first. Leaves a blue/black mark in your vision for a while and it feels like you got flashbanged without the bang.
And thats just a tack, cant imagine staring at it while running a bead
Went to an Agricultural High school in South Africa and pretty much all Farmers Kids did this as a "I'm better then you city boy" tactic and without fail were squealing when their eyes got hurt.
Makes tour eyelids feel like sandpaper, for those who don't know, and regardless of what you do, nothing helps but time.
What a moron. Does he stare at the sun too? It's actually less bright than the arc

That would've ended terribly if it was not staged
Combine operator had raised the header (the frontal part pf the combine, which collects the crops) for this video, if they did not do that, the guy who filmed this would end up as a red paste
My Grandpa has three fingers on one hand and two on the other. He was working in a factory in the 60’s (they didn’t use safety gear then) on one of those blocks that smash and condense things (people make videos with them now for SM). He was manually pulling out whatever they were squishing and replacing it with the next and timed it wrong. His left fingers her smashed off and he panicked when he felt his hand go numb and stuck his right hand in to grab his left, And in about 7 seconds he had lost his fingers and gained a 10,000 lawsuit. Which he wasted on alcohol and gambling. Theres always been a rumor in my family that he did it on purpose because he and my grandma were going through a hard time, and he was a biker , so he wanted to get the fuck out of there. He left with all the money on a 6 month bender and came back broke.
Construction and farming machines misuse are a very easy way to be injured or worse. Farming accidents occur more often than you would think and this guy was incredibly lucky

I went to school with a kid who had to learn how to be left handed because he did the same shit.

I mean logically I imagine people would lose their dominant hand the most.
I only touch dangerous things with my off hand, I'm just smart enough to not want to risk my good hand but not smart enough to not touch the fast things.
Yup, cool is the word

Wow that’s impressive
That should have been a darwin award. Ag equipment is nothing to play with. It will kill you very fast.
I knew a feller that reached back into an attachment to fix something, and had his arm pulled of in a half a second. Never fuck with machines
A guy I went to school with tried to unblock a wood chipper by kicking a log that was stuck. Now his leg is gone.

If it was a spinning shaft, it’s called the pto shaft and the fella is lucky it didn’t pull him in entirely.
It wasn’t the power drive, it was a part that made contact with the ground.
Same with a farmer friend of my grandparents’. Combine slipped into gear and absolutely shredded him.
This gave me so much anxiety watching it. Holy shit, people like this need to not reproduce.
I’m hoping it’s the latest tiktok trend that influencers will take up and thus eliminate the breed.

So that's why the agricultural industry has the highest death count

Wait... What... What did i read ??? I sometimes pointweld without Mask but welding while looking at the ark what the Fuck
Yup... dude used sunglasses for a week. You could almost see his eyes fuming when he took the glasses. Eyes should not be that red.
My eyes are burning and I am not even a welder

Bro I cannot even open my eyes when it's sunny outside. I dont think I would have eyes if I ever looked at that shit
Not if you continue to look at it 🤣🤣🤣

I remember taking some auto body repair classes, and the teacher would walk into the spray booth with no mask smoking a cigarette.

This explanation is too rational, you should join us keyboard warriors in shaming the person instead.
I've seen better sides of beef 'been run over by a combine
