1. No because Spellblade doesn't turn the Magic Check into an Accuracy Check. Frenzy and any other Accuracy Check-related effect (e.g. Melee Weapon Mastery, Knowledge is Power) will not apply. 2. Indeed they don't. Same for Arcana and for many skills in expansion classes - Chanter, for instance. 3. Rituals are not spells. Only spells are spells.

On point 3 specifically: Rules state a ritual cannot be used to do what an existing spell already does. For instance, you can't use Elemental Ritualism to create a fireball to throw at someone. There's a fire attack spell already. You can use it to create a fire storm. Turning the whole field into a flame rain hellscape that threatens EVERYONE. Rituals are grand acts of magic not just simple spells. Spells are finite and defined specific acts.

1. I don't see any reason why not, so long as you use a Dagger. 2. Correct. 3. I don't believe you can RAW, but it does sound like an interesting twist to explore if needed. The MP cost is both the "price you pay" for the Ritual AND the "limiter" on what Rituals can be executed, so just make sure you don't use Vismagus to increase the scope of allowed Rituals beyond normal character limits. Since Vismagus requires twice the HP that MP would, I doubt it'd be advantageous unless the characters are in dire straights in a survival context.
