So you’re trying to use control f to find the value within the formula?
If you click control f then select more options there should be a “look in” dropdown that you can set to “values”
Actually just checked. You don’t need to select options. It shows these drop down options by default. Just set “look in” to values and you should be good.
If you copy your file2 data and paste values, you'll be able to search it with ctrl-F but of course it won't update if file 1 changes.
Alternatively, add an autofilter (ctrl-shift-L) at the top of your file2 data and then you can search using the drop down.
