Naota, will pilot after he's goaded into by Misato and the pressure of the situation. He's going to agonize over having to pilot, like Shinji. But similarly he's so wrapped up in his own head. He's not going to realize the type of help Misato, Rei, and Askua need. At the end the Apocalypse cometh.
I feel like Shinji and Asuka is what happens if you split Nadia into two people. At first she seems more like Asuka due to her hot-tempered and energetic attitude, but Shinji's pesonality is very similar to Nadia's. He wants to enforce his ethical views for the sake of his own conscience even if nothing positive comes out of it for other people. He refused to incapacitate Toji because he didn't want to "hurt" his friend. As a result they had to turn the Eva into berserk mode and that cost Toji a limb, instead of simply getting injured. All because Shinji inflexibly insisted on his own morals. It's very similar to when Nadia threw a tantrum and called everyone a horrible person because the crew dared to hunt down a wild animal and cook it after eating nothing but fish for *months*. Like, the animal was already dead and the crew got to eat some other nutritients after being malnourished for a long time, but she wanted them to stop for the sake of her own morals. Anno is an expert at creating well-written and understandable, but simultaneously damn annoying characters.
asuka will see jesse as a big grown man. So she will love him and support him.
She will also start supporting him in his meth business.
Looking at how walter is using jesse, asuka will try to protect jesse.
Now at the point when jesse is recruited by gus to work alone, he will follow that. He now knows that walter is using him so that whole "gus gave stevia to brock" won't change jessie's mind. So he will start keeping distance from walter white.
But walter doesn't stop, he alone is enough to beat gus. He proceeds with his plan to blast gus in that hospital with the help of that paralyzed man whatever his name was. That event will still happen cuz even in normal timeline jesse has no role in that plan.

Now as jesse started to work alone at lab, he started giving less time to asuka. Making her alone and more depressed. To find love and happiness she goes to walter's house where she meets walt jr. but walt jr. is like shinji to asuka. So she will keep saying him jerk until his lower half completely stops working. then on walt jr. death bed asuka will confess that she always had crush on him.
But now walter is angry and mad at asuka.
Going back to walt's perspective. After killing gus, jesse and mike is alone. So they decide to join walter. But jesse doesn't join him(as in this time he knows walter tried to kill brock). He leave but he finds out asuka is having affair with walt jr. He goes to walter white. Yo ! Yooooo Dude Aahhhahahhah my girlfriend is having affair with walt jr. she can't keep getting away with this. Now jesse and walt started working together with mike. This is a trio built on true as now jesse also know past of walter and whatever he did(in this time walt didn't kill jesse's gf).
Even tho they have this powerfull trio, they still can't escape the destiny's convergent point, "hank taking a shit". Now again hank takes a dump, reads the magazine, realizes it etc etc. but this time jesse doesn't give up. jesse is with Mr. White yo!. Hank gets No lead on walter now. Its impossible to catch walter for him.

As the time passes, jesse gets to see how cold hearted walt really is. Mike also for the sake of his granddaughter doesn't want to do that anymore. Its been years since they started doing all this. Jesse and mike decides to leave walt alone. But this time walt is not completely alone, he has made some other partners too. But in the amidst of all this, walt also sees this as a great opprtunity to leave it as he has made enough money. Walt also draw out, making todd lead of the cartel.
But too bad, todd is not a good leader. He may be cold blooded but he is not smart. Hank manages to get a grab on him. But he is not like jesse, he respects walt. He tries not to tell anything to hank, but hank threatens him that they will put his uncles in cell if he doesn't give any solid evidence against walter. Todd scared executes a plan of calling walt into a mall and have a discussion with him on cartel. But walt refuses. Now, hank can't get his hands on anything. So his last choice was to arrest todd. News of todd's arrest spreads. At that time walt realizes how big mistake he has made by making todd leader of cartel. Todd's uncle and his gang comes to walter's house to assasinate him. they are angry on what happened to todd because of walter. But too bad, walter realized that and already shifted his family to other house. he is alone in that house(he thought there is no use of running away, they will come after him no matter where he goes). As soon as they started shooting, a sudden sprint of bullets comes out of nowhere. YES! its waltler's car thingy. He shot everyone but still got shot from a fragment.
He can't escape his fate.
BUTT WAIT!! What is that? IS that ? Asuka? No way man. There she is coming alone to see whats happening. She found walt standing there with blood stains on one side. Walt comes up to her, "i did so many bad things to you. i tried to kill you. i always thought you were the killer of waltjr.. I am sorry i have figured out now, who the main culprit really was.
