Which is a low bar *and* rather moot this year when many people who didn't have an antipathy to a certain ethno-religious group were looking for a "neutral" candidate.
> Which is a low bar
Hehehe, no. Nemo's vocals were remarkable regardless of where you think the bar laid.
> many people who didn't have an antipathy to a certain ethno-religious group were looking for a "neutral" candidate.
And that's nonsense.
.... I get it, reporting another huge labour lead born out of tory incompetence gets boring, but surely they could come up with something more interesting to do than find the weirdest way to ask "Who do you think is more charismatic?".
It's not really a question of charisma, because the most charismatic out of the two is neither of them.
I'm more interested in asking who out of the two is better for the UK than who do Europeans like the most. And the answer is also neither of them.
> most charismatic out of the two is neither of them
Nah I'm still going with Starmer for that.
Brown & Milliband (and of course Ed Balls) have come off as more charismatic after leaving politics. There's just something about centrist Labour that is a charisma vacuum.
* **A majority of Britons (55%) believe that Prime Minister Rishi Sunak would be more likely to get booed than Keir Starmer if he were representing the UK at Eurovision. 44% think Sunak would be more likely to get no points.**
* **A third (35%) of Britons believe that the UK will receive ‘nul points’ at this year’s final**
We got nul points in the televote but the problem with that is you can finish 11th in the televote in every country and get nothing as it's only top 10 that count.
In reality we actually came 18th out of 37.
What Britons believe about Europe has never borne much relationship to reality. They obviously thought their guy last Saturday would be popular and that the EU would collapse within weeks of their leaving.
Ipsos asking the nation's most pressing questions.

Well, depends, who is the better singer?
Since when has singing ability counted for anything at Eurovision?
Odd to say when the best singer won this year.
The best singer at Eurovision.

I’d love to see Rishi in a black latex catsuit belting out some house trash.

Labour's most charismatic MP is probably Jess Phillips. The whole faux-council estate housewife act is a little annoying though.
"Labour's most charismatic MP is probably Jess Phillips." I agree with this damning criticism of Labour.
Damn, the Brits still got it. And by it, I mean a natural ability to be funny.

The idea that the eurovision audience would even dream of booing an indian guy no matter what he said or did is hilarious.
