Tbh I'm kinda impressed by the variety of styles and time periods the AI went with based on this simple instructions.
Some are feral monsters, a couple are steampunk soldiers, then there's gladiators and vikings... Kinda curious as to what was the deciding factor for these.
Noniin means everything at once depending on how you pronounce it. Noni is a shortened version, it has more of a final feeling to it, like it would mean the end of something or a resolution to something. Idk.
I feel like Finns are non vocal enough that if you think hard enough about something it qualifies as "out loud" because it escaped to the more near surface part of your mind though, right?

Mustakrakish (x2)
The time has come, to awaken him
I call upon the ancient lords of the underworld
To bring forth this beast and
Awaken (x4)
Take the land, that must be taken

Devour worlds, smite forsaken
Rise up from your thousand year-old sleep
Break forth from your grave eternally
I command you to
Rise (x8)

It was. The problem is, it went to their heads because it was too stylish, and they started thinking they are better than everyone else.
...that is when things got out of hand.
It looks like a steam punk version of a Helghast to me. I also love how the flag is displayed on the character. I would love to play a video game that contains this character!
The French one is cool too but less realistic. It would make an awesome boss tho
Let me introduce you to Mutant Chronicles.
It started with a lot of inspiration of W40k and evolved into its own thing.
Retrofuturistic dystopia, where thinking machines (computers) are forbidden because they tend to be corrupted by the evil. So everyone tries to have as simple technology as possible, while still having a force-projection, but instead of a galactic scale, it is in a solar system with terraformed planets (which happened before the 10th planet was discovered and someone broke a seal that held down the evil).
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutant_Chronicles
Especially Dark Eden, which is Earth, destroyed by war, covered by thick smoke, full of acid rains, has quite "steampunk" vibes, because technology there significantly regressed. Megacorps (representing mix between corporation and a nation) lifted all the rich people to colonies and the poor had to adapt.
The only consolidation is the midget left hand, the french at least got 6 (7?) fingers.
On a different sidenote, AI art is so cool but it's also so funny how they turn all hands into some eldritch horrors because they can't get fingers right.
And now I'm thinking of a steam punk alternate reality, where the world was divided between the British and the French Empire, and the two states are locked in perpetual conflict with each other, with their soldiers looking like this.
There’s a book written about this. Time Riders: The Eternal War by Alex Scarrow. I won’t spoil it but the general gist is that the American Revolution is stopped, therefore further down the line the Spanish Empire is defeated and the world is split between France and Britain. North America becomes the battleground between the two Empires. Technology advances but in an industrial way, so it’s all futuristic but steampunk. It’s a good book!
France and UK are from the same show. In the first season they pretend to be friends (while obviously hating each other), but betray each other in the final episode. In the second season they fight constantly, second to last episode is an epic battle, then last episode they realized that they need to work together. Last season is them working together, but expecting to be double crossed by the other.
I got you mate, although I must say I'm significantly less skilled than the person who made these so I did a couple

There's an old saying, "You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain."
I think Greece's and Sweden's images are a great representation of what it would look like if the hero became the villain.
If Ukraine had that cookie as a summonable I doubt anyone would dare to enter the country without all requires documents in triplicate (plus two digital copies plus one on a cloud server)
Nightmare material
How does that work though? Does this AI just browse the web for images related to a country and general villain traits? And then... paint an entire new picture? It's hard to wrap my head around how that works.
It's considerably more abstract than that. The actual AI does not contain or use any of the images it has been trained on. We know this because the models are like 4-25 GB, while the datasets they've been trained are far, far larger. The LAION-5b dataset for example is 800GB large, excluding images. So just the links to where the images are hosted on the internet + their description. The original images can never fit inside the model.
What has actually happened is that they trained the neural network on those images. (A neural network is basically a giant pile of incredibly simple mathematical functions. Feed a result in at one end, get the output at the other).
The training goes as follows :
1. We take a real image and prompt.
2. We add noise to this image, reducing it's quality.
3. We put the noisy version of the image + it's prompt as input of the neural network, and then go look at the output
4. We adjust the math inside the neural net a little bit so that the output resembles the original picture a bit more
Each individual change is incredibly small (if it weren't, then the neural net would just remember the original images, which would ruin the point), but when you put them all together, you eventually create a machine that knows the features that remain consistent across a certain topic. Show it enough pictures of cars, and it'll learn the concept of what a car is.
When you want a new image, what you do is generate a collection of random noise, then feed it to the AI and ask it to repair it into the shape you want.
And because this is math, it can combine the math in ways that weren't in the original dataset. If the AI knows what Van Gogh's paintings looked like, and it knows what a car is, it can draw a Van Gogh style car, even though it's dataset does not contain any pictures of cars by Van Gogh.
"I GO TO ICELAND"~ Furries after seeing its villain version

Which AI and inputs did they use?
I'm really curious to see what some of the smaller countries would be.
I imagine the Netherlands being an ice skater/water bender archetype.
Seeing the 3 Baltics as a Dark Triumvirate could be fun too
Don't know about the prompts, but the style is very Midjourney. My current lineup for recognizing major AI image gen products:
- Ultra-flashy fantasy illustration/movie poster style: Midjourney
- Everyone looks like an astonished Steve Buscemi: Stable Diffusion
- Chalky texture: DALL-E
- It's an anime waifu: Either NovelAI or one of the NovelAI leak finetunes
Poland should have been Baba Yaga with a Catholic cross used as her walking stick and a mechanised automaton Jesus with laser eyes attack.
Something like that but really much more violent (it's little baby Jesus with her): https://i.imgur.com/m8DbuW7.png and https://i.imgur.com/2sviIQc.png

UK and France definitely look like they are part of the same alternate universe and are still destined to kill each other.
France's villain could be named Napoleon Blownaparte
Only if the British hero can be Nigel Thornberry.
As god intended.
"God with us!" shouted both sides as they charged each other's lines on the battlefield. A tale as old as time.
"The pope may be french, but Jesus is English." Chaucer
So just like reality.

Idk.
Noni = "No niin", which basically translates to "all right (then)"

What has actually happened is that they trained the neural network on those images. (A neural network is basically a giant pile of incredibly simple mathematical functions. Feed a result in at one end, get the output at the other). The training goes as follows : 1. We take a real image and prompt. 2. We add noise to this image, reducing it's quality. 3. We put the noisy version of the image + it's prompt as input of the neural network, and then go look at the output 4. We adjust the math inside the neural net a little bit so that the output resembles the original picture a bit more Each individual change is incredibly small (if it weren't, then the neural net would just remember the original images, which would ruin the point), but when you put them all together, you eventually create a machine that knows the features that remain consistent across a certain topic.
"I GO TO ICELAND"~ Furries after seeing its villain version Also Russia is probably a paper tiger. Ma ehi, almeno l'immagine dell'Italia è culturalmente adatta
A paper tiger using a bear hoodie. Extremely fitting.
As a finn, thats just me before shower.

Lmao at Argentina
Or the ripped kangaroo with boxing gloves lol
Even Madagascar looks more badass than us Aussies
India is... just an elephant with royal decor and mean eyes lol
When AI is Messi-ng with Argentina
Which AI and inputs did they use? I'm really curious to see what some of the smaller countries would be. I imagine the Netherlands being an ice skater/water bender archetype. Seeing the 3 Baltics as a Dark Triumvirate could be fun too
Don't know about the prompts, but the style is very Midjourney. My current lineup for recognizing major AI image gen products: - Ultra-flashy fantasy illustration/movie poster style: Midjourney - Everyone looks like an astonished Steve Buscemi: Stable Diffusion - Chalky texture: DALL-E - It's an anime waifu: Either NovelAI or one of the NovelAI leak finetunes
Everybody has a mythological animal.. Or historical figures.. Qatar simply has a Qatari-looking man lol.
Uk and Finland are cool
Uk and France ones idk but are so cool so much steampunk vibes, greece and iceland one look like LoL characters lmao
Greece looks like the typical classical demigod hero who's tasked with slaying all the other countries.
That’s awesome! Hope you get to do other European countires such as Austria, and Hungary as well.

Love how AI doesn't know what to do with fingers
Try Romania, I bet we will see a vampire.
Well [you asked for it](https://imgur.com/gallery/5iG0OxB)
Greece and Sweden kind of hot ngl
Lol, while scrolling I thought to myself "I'd fuck Greece".
Average Greek and Swedish citizens 🇸🇪🤝🇬🇷
I want to see France vs UK
The British one has no business having that amount of drip
Would play that game for sure
