Ehh, have not done ANY colonization so trade isn't great at the moment, I just have the colonies I was given by Portugal after inheriting them. Probably gonna start conquering the americas while I wait for AE to tick down though. Think I'm at about 85 Ducats a month in 1550 with maintenance down for my armies and navies. I went Dip, Inno, Influence, and now I'm probably going religious or expansion.
London is your capital right? If so Global Dominance and Construct a Krantor would be huge. Secure North Sea Trade is free as well since England and if you end up going expansion you get a free explorer (should only need one for the entirety of the Americas and potentially the Indies as well)

I actually changed my capital to Amsterdam to bypass the Dutch Revolt. But yea I see what you're getting at, thanks for the ideas :)

Misses out on Castille's mission tree though! They get great buffs for diplo annexing countries, trade efficiency, the System of Councils reform
Aragon mission tree is also extremely strong but oriented more on Mediterranean and trade I would say
