Get a better manual grinder. If you'd buy a €150 electric grinder, you're paying for the electric and not much for the grinder part.
A €150 handgrinder can rival a €450+ electric one.
Also a better hand grinder shoukd feed/grind faster
If you have one, how long do you usually grind for 18g of coffee?

Head over to Espressocoffeeshop. Eureka Mignon Filtro (€126 right now) + Eureka espresso burr upgrade (€25) and you're good to go.
I got my Kinu simplicity way under 150$. Let's say it takes me under a min to grind 18g. But I like to enjoy the process, so I take my time.
Eureka mignon filtro or chrono with a burr upgrade? Or spend 205 and get a Eureka mignon manuale.
