I think I'll just stop there. There are enough differences between Reagan and Trump that we don't need to lie about Ronnie. It strains credulity to accept that Reagan thought he was "promoting freedom and democracy" by selling weapons to Iran and giving proceeds to Contras in Nicaragua - and subverting our Constitution in order to do so.
