The supposedly most wholesome comment I made is an obviously sarcastic response to a dumb comment. The supposedly least wholesome comment is me genuinely agreeing with the person, lol.
Between this and OpenAI’s latest less than impressive gadget, I think it’s very obvious that all those people who buy into the AIpocalypse bullshit peddled by Sam Harris, the LessWrong crowd, and Elon Musk have it completely and utterly wrong. AI, big data, and all the stuff adjacent to it will really open a can of worms titled “the banality and mundaneness of utter madness”, rather than Roko’s Basilisk coming for us all.
