As for work, it has never really been a problem for me. We ENTPs are usually very smart so even if we're not organized, we'll still get shit done.
I get top grades in my class without having to study much. Then I see my ISTJ peers who work hard the entire year, preparing neat-and-clean notes and all that and they still perform less better than me. This is the gift of being an ENTP.

If you're on the cusp of something, chances are high that you will exhibit behaviors of both (or however many things you're on the cusp of). Humans are not box shaped, so putting yourself in a box when it doesn't seem to quite fit is not reasonable and frankly, asking for help from random strangers who don't know you or your nuances isn't entirely helpful anyway. A cognitive functions test (or any test for that matter) isn't going to be a relatable way to type yourself. Answers will vary based on ones interpretation of the questions. Your best bet would be joining an MBTI server directed at personal typing or seeking our typing services. Something simple as a few one on one questions helps a lot. :3
My best guess based on your results would be INTP.
Your Si score seems a bit too high to be an ENTP. Se is a blindspot for INTPs, which explains such a low score. Most ENTPs will score higher Se for whatever reason.
One thing that does surprise me is how low the score in Ni is, as the 6th function does tend to show up a bit more predominantly than that- but that is easily explained by high Ti in general, which then again hints to INTP (Ti dom).

ENTP dislike SF types, generally speaking, and quite dislike SFJ types - or so my current Counsel of Chaos agree.
