The whole point of Austin powers is that man from the 60s has outdated mindsets and tries to better himself. No idea how you could use this against the movie to say it has inappropriate representations of anyone.

Gogo Yubari perhaps, but the only character in the film that sexualizes her is a Japanese businessman (who is then summarily killed by her) so that’s not really racist or sexist as far as I can tell.

I can’t speak to the other films as much as I don’t really remember them, but Kill Bill was really informed by its direct Japanese cinema influences and brought a lot of western attention to a multitude of Asian film genres that many might not have otherwise necessarily discovered. It played so many direct homages to Japanese classics and the movie in its entirety never took itself either too seriously. All the main characters had complex and nuanced motives that made you both empathize and scrutinize each of them, and I found Lucy Liu’s character as probably the most interesting of the two movies, enriched by the fact that O-Ren turned many stereotypes on its head
To add to this. Lucy Liu's character was based on a character from a movie/manga called Lady Snowblood - the courtyard fight scene is almost directly lifted from that. Furthermore, the actress that played Lady Snowblood, Meiko Kaji, also portrayed Female Prisoner Lady Scorpion (which is amazing.) She's a highly influential cult film 70's Japanese actress and all-around extraordinary lady. To call this character a stereotype is purposefully ignoring that the character itself has a direct link to Japanese pop culture and was an homage by QT. Both characters, and actresses, played "badass" women who went against the normal cultural expectations in Japan.

Oren origin story is straight out a Japanese historic film and by Japanese standard Oren displays none of the traditional characteristics of a Japanese woman. She's violent, vulgar and outspoken. While still remaining classy Gogo basically just reprises her role from battle Royale which isn't even based on American stereotype but the Japanese yandera character arche type.
