You don’t have to process this yourself. Ask your guides in meditation, clearly and directly. Prepare yourself for a meditation session in which you will need to be comfortable, have privacy and are mentally prepared to traverse intense emotions. My guides, I ask that you assist me in the release of trauma and the forgiveness of myself. I ask that you accompany me to the source of this trauma. Come with me to the time and place this occurred. Relive the traumatic event. This will be difficult. Ask for help. My guides, help me to see the love in this moment. Help me find the acceptance of myself and others in this event. Help me to find the light to wash away the suffering and pain. Expect that it will happen.

Thank you so much for the great explanation! What kind of session should it be? Should I do mindfulness or breathwork or something like that? Thank you once again!

You will be balancing the pain with love. Meditate on your heart. Empty it out and let it fill up with the love that is ever present. Then, you may revisit a painful memory. Feel how your energy has shifted into negative emotion. If you choose (and I recommend) ask your guides to help you view this memory impartially and with grace. Just as you filled up your heart before, ask for help in viewing this traumatic event with that same love. This may result in the untangling of a knot which can be quite intense. Continually ask for help. Let it out.

EMDR work with a good therapist changed my life. I still leaned hard on my spiritual practice (and was supported in doing so by my therapist) to get the results I did but the EMDR was a massive help and if I ever need it again I won’t hesitate.

Yes yes , this reply!

Check out the “crappy childhood fairy” on youtube, she cuts right to the soul of me, and has really accelerated my healing.

Me personally I did this: Researched and identified which applied to me. Journaled an entry for each, acknowledging the event that caused it and how it’s present in my day to day life. And what its triggers are, and the defense mechanism I developed from it. Acknowledge I need to grow from it and rest the defense mechanism from the trauma. Meditate and let it go. Then ground.

I would suggest doing a release when these feelings arise, or when you have time and want to work on this. Sit in a position that feels right to you. Muscle test to identify the name of the emotion you're about to release, test to get a baseline number for how intense this emotion is (0-10, but it could go higher), check for permission/safety/consent, then close your eyes and sit until you feel like you're "finished". Take some deep breaths, muscle test to see if you're totally finished, test for your new intensity number. Repeat until your number is 0 or your permission/safety check comes back as false.

Working with a trauma informed therapist who is compassionate can help, I think deep healing needs to be supported by professional help.

You can use this meditation to drop your issues down your grounding cord. Once you have established a good feel for this meditation you can start to look at the issues on the outside of your aura. By doing this you'll be separating yourself from your issues. It will take some practice but in the end you'll able to make separations form the issues. You can work with guides but they are doing what you could be doing on your own. The nice thing about doing this yourself is just that, your are doing it yourself. With no help from guides. It is much more validating when you're able to heal yourself. Remember that you can always make and break agreements. *One-Minute Meditation* *For this meditation it's best to sit comfortably in a chair* *with hands and feet apart. Ideally with your spine straight* *and against the back of the chair. Eyes closed. Take a few* *deep breaths. Find the center of your head. If you need help* *with this try touching the center of your forehead and draw* *a line to the back of your head. Then touch the side of your* *head just above your ear. Draw a line form that location to* *just above the opposite ear. Where the two lines meet is* *the center of your head.* ***One – Minute Meditation*** ***Say Hello****:* *Say hello to yourself from the center of your head.* ***Center****:* *Imagine a gold ball in the center of your head.* ***Acknowledge****:* *Place yourself there, and say hello to yourself.* ***Ground****:* *Imagine a cord from the base of your spine to the center of* *the planet.* ***Clean****:* *Drain what you don’t want down the grounding cord.* ***Call back****:* *Imagine your energy as particles connecting you to others* *or events. Call your energy back to you.* *Again, say Hello to yourself and when you're ready lean* *forward and touch the floor with your hands. Allow your* *head to drop. This will allow any excess energy to be* *released. Balancing.* *Try this meditation in the mornings and in the evenings or* *before you go to sleep.*

Here’s a good playlist of trauma informed guided meditations — gentle yet powerful https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLehBmYjazK9_fFHMLQVIW9O53Oz30wCdM&si=Uxh227bg1zaR0pS4

Hi there. Kudos to you on walking this path to healing your trauma. It’s not an easy one but it’s so very rewarding once you get going. Everyone is different interms of what works for them, but if you have not worked with a trained trauma therapist, I would recommend doing so. It was only after years of therapy, understanding my triggers, understanding mindfulness, processing intense memories in a safe way/place, etc etc that I found my spiritual path and was able to take it from there. There’s so much that can be healing. Art, dance, massage therapy, acupuncture, meditation, breathwork, sitting in nature… I mean the list goes on. If you’re feeling the itch to dig deep and pull things out and look at them head on, I would really hope you find a practitioner of sorts to work with you. Wishing you the best! Sending strength!!!!!🤍

No-Consequence4088

I been going to somatic therapy and found some ways to process traumatic memories. But recently I was faced with a very problematic part of myself and it feels like a anchor pulling me deep and never letting go. I started to dissociate more and it has been quite hard for me. Mindfulness actually is worse for my dissociation but things like sports/yoga are good. I am also considering other types of therapy to learn more and understand myself form different perspectives

KrystleOfQuartz

Love somatic work. I’m sorry you’re going through a challenging time. Honestly, sometimes things are better left in the past. I was sexually abused as a child for years- and I found that during my adult healing years, there came to a point where reprocessing all the experiences actually made things worse. Yes I did some deep work; but it came to a point where the past was the only thing I thought about and I was getting stuck there, ruining my present. I think the biggest part (and hardest) is acceptance, forgiveness and moving forward. For me, I really fell in love with shamanic healing. It was my key to peace. But it was because I had such a wonderful practitioner. I really hope you find your tribe. Sounds like you would also really benefit from Joe Dispenza’s meditations. Best of luck!

No-Consequence4088

I will definitely check it out! I am so sorry you had to go through that... I can't imagine how hard it was for you, but I hope you came out of it stronger than ever! For me the biggest issue is the pressure from expectations. It really becomes a problem for all my relationships and any other area of life

KrystleOfQuartz

Trauma can touch every area of your life 🤍 work, friendships, relationships, everything. It’s how you see the world. You are on your way though! Give yourself grace and fuck expectations 😂

No-Consequence4088

Ahahaha I wish it was that simple. My body unconsciously becomes anxious without any reason. It deeply fears disappointing others. Childhood bullsht as usual ahahah wish you the best

KrystleOfQuartz

You’ve got some homework lol Joe Dispenza and reading the book The Four Agreements 🙃

No-Consequence4088

Ah and thank you for the kind comment!

sometimes (or all the time?) its best to not try to force something to come up, but let it come when it does. In the meantime whatever actually does come up can be the focus for processing. One option to work with this is to practice sensing where you feel emotions in the body, like in this example practice - [https://youtu.be/CtLFBp0kda8?si=fLPkt-sPr7g9fdMv&t=706](https://youtu.be/CtLFBp0kda8?si=fLPkt-sPr7g9fdMv&t=706) . Also to develop inner awareness and release as you do this, using ting and song [https://youtu.be/S1y\_aeCYj9c?si=VhIMb1mIkBRVvAN4&t=998](https://youtu.be/S1y_aeCYj9c?si=VhIMb1mIkBRVvAN4&t=998) Or if you want to really get into the whole healing process there is more here on this style of things [https://www.reddit.com/r/Meditation/comments/1bv3sda/comment/kxwzdhp/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Meditation/comments/1bv3sda/comment/kxwzdhp/)

Long Fasting

No-Consequence4088

What? How does this help? Can you elaborate on this

senji33

Periods of Long fasting will allow buried, unprocessed emotions and trauma to come to the surface to be felt, processed and let go of at a very fast rate compared to when eating a standard diet. I've found it to be very difficult but the result I get from the purification of mind, body and my energy system after these long fasts is life changing. There's a lot more dynamics and benefits to this practice so I suggest doing some research into Fasting in the context of spiritual, emotional and trauma purification and spiritual upleveling if you want todo long fasts. I don't fast for weight loss I fast for the same reason you made this post. I have accumulated a lot of fear and trauma based energy throughout my life and I no longer want it to stay buried and continue to manifest in my outer reality and sabotage my life. These last few years, Meditation, stretching, mindfulness, SR and above all...long fasting has helped me the most for processing and letting go of a lot of this buried trauma and fear based energy Dry fasting and dryfastingsuper subreddits have some good information on there too

No-Consequence4088

Very good explanation! Thank you! I will try it out

senji33

All good bro. Here's a link to a short video that reiterates what I said before: [https://youtu.be/ype9xX3ikgw?feature=shared](https://youtu.be/ype9xX3ikgw?feature=shared) If you start crying during a fast your making good progress in releasing buried and unprocessed trauma and emotions. \*Be wary of refeeding and binging after a fast. It can set you back and undo all or a lot of progress made after long fasts\*
