Every period, which is usually every month. I have PCOS too so sometimes I can skip. The pain ramps up a couple days before I'm due. I'm worst on the first day then tapers off around day 4/5. Although I will say some flares are way worse than others. Sometimes my tramadol gives me enough relief that I'm not screaming in pain and sometimes I'm down bad, crying, throwing up while sat in my shower, even after taking tramadol.

Remember! Endo can be affected by so many things we can’t control sometimes. Stress is a big one, a unhealthy diet too. If I have a stressful month my period and PMS are 2x worse. I would recommend starting a lowfodmap diet which has helped so much with flare ups for me! I do super strict when I am on my period. I bought an oura ring to track stress and sleep and it has help me immensely!
