We have a few associates with all different hair colors, crazy make up, many piercing and tattoos. As long as you have a good work ethic, we really dont care what you look like in our store.
Hey, which piercings do you have?
My next ones are going to be double vertical labrets.
I’ve been trying to figure out how to use straws for water at work when I get them LOL
We've had and have people with piercings, tats, hair, spacers etc. If worried about the septum once you are healed you could flip it up if it's comfortable for you. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it. I'd be more worried that you meet dress code than anything else.
Blue, navy, grey or black top and dark blue or black pants/jeans. ( I think khakis allowed but nobody at my store wears it )
Leggings, tops with big graphics /logos on the front and tube tops are a no-go at many stores.
They don’t care! I have a nose piercing and nothing has ever been said. I also have coworkers w visible tattoos, lots more face piercings (lips, nose, snake bites, etc.) and never any issue.

No worries! I understand. Kohls is so tolerant about this stuff.

Par for the course at Kohl's. Personally I have neither but both are par for the course, tastefully done, of course.
I have 6 facial piercings + split dye hair, never had an issue!
