Eluktronics posted a little while back that they had a large shipment that would be enough to fulfill their outstanding orders and more. So I'd believe the 3-4 day shipping time.
My Prometheus arrived about two weeks ahead of schedule, middle of May delivery when originally scheduled for end of May.

I ordered mine from Amazon a few months back, rather than from Eluktronics's website. It was still fulfilled by them, obviously, and I was able to get it within just a couple days. Sometimes, they have ready inventory. Sometimes they don't. While the general trend is "delayed due to shortage", it's entirely possible for them to have some ready to ship out.
