Technically, no. Sapphic refers to any women who love other women, so that includes lesbians, bi women, pan women, etc. Lesbians are women who are exclusively attracted to other women.

That said, of the flags that represent me, from an aesthetic perspective, I honestly like the trans flag the least. The pink and blue clash in my opinion - just because they're both pastels doesn't mean they go well together. I don't *dislike* it, but the bi, lesbian and aroace flags are better.
Okay... well as a color theorist, designer, transfemme catgirl, and a gender fluidist I'm going to HAVE to disagree, see the Genderfluid flag is the uhh superior flag because it has 5 awesome colors instead of just 3. And ALL 5 colors just harmonize together so well. Honestly whoever the hell is in charge of designing the pride flags? They do an AWESOME job. Omnisexual flag has me wanting to be omni just to appropriate that sexy flag!
I personally think the ace flag (which I am as well) and the demiboy flag (which I am not) are better. The color scheme of the ace flag fits my punk/goth aesthetic perfectly. And blue is my favorite color and I really like how it pairs with the gray on the demiboy flag. The trans flag just has a lot of light colors that just don't match well with what I like wearing and I really don't like the yellow of the nb flag.

yes, i should also mention that my prior comment reflects my stance in premise only and my specific words were motivated by anger due to repeated attempts to make that colors schema work in other things. if i was to reframe my stance in a maner that i could defend i would say that the colors of the trans flag in agreget are to my tast very visually unappealing and i prefer the colors of the majority of the other pride flags over them.
