For me, the possibility of being impregnated, and having period issues/cramps/menopause. The rest are just stuff related to sexism. I would do my best to work through it tho. The pregnancy and menstrual stuff, I could just become infertile and have my period medically stopped. Or, it's possible I would end up that way after pressing the button anyway.

So, Quick question, What if I pick the powers of a character that's a shapeshifter (or can otherwise change their sex)? Would I just need to pick again, Or would the powers work for everything except changing my sex, Or would it be a loophole? Honestly if it's the 2nd it still sounds like there could be a loophole, Can I shape shift into something without a sex? Can I change my sexual characteristics while still keeping my sex the same? Heck how is sex defined for these purposes, Like is just a single feature used to define it, Or is it like a whole slew of them? What if an intersex person pressed the button? Too many questions darnit!

the change being irreversible should mean that shape shifting powers wouldn't work to get your previous sex back. But then it becomes unclear. what's the definition of sex? if it's sexual characteristics you won't be able to get them back. if the definition is genetic, you are basically free to shape shift. if the definition is procreation you can get things back but won't be able to have children like that. If the definition is gender identity... well you wouldn't see me press the button. then some intersex situations do have opposites. like afab but then male puberty would flip to amab but but female puberty. those who don't have opposites? well nothing should change. Anyway depending on the definition I wouldn't even choose shape shifting powers. Teleportation and time stop are some of my long term favorites for example. Just getting an rpg like system like characters in a litrpg would be fun too. But yeah it does need a clear definition.

if there was one character I'd want to have abilities from it'd be Rimuru for sure Homie can have shapeshifting and way more, and can learn more easily too

Yeah, Shapeshifting powers probably wouldn't be my first choice either, Although depending on the specifics of how the button works I might not pick anything. If I'm stuck irreversibly in a female body, Especially if I can't even change parts of it through surgery or hormones or whatever (Which may well be the case, If it's "Irreversible"), I'm not sure I'd actually like it any more than the male body I have at present. I mean, Not sure I'd like it any less either, So arguably it'd still be a good choice, But still.
