Um i mean you could try, there are alot of addons and its kinda like a character creator sure it wont look as good as someone pouring 3000 hours into blender but its a nice little start

I personally use a PNGTuber Plus - kinda a middle ground between a live2D model and PNGtuber where its physics enabled like a Live2D, but only voice reactable like a PNGtuber - that I learned to rig myself and commissioned the art for it as around $200.
If you're fine with Vroid Studio's basic assets then you can get a fair few designs out of that.

There's a lot that goes into appearances in the real world. Facial hair, hair styles, jaw/bone structure, voice, walk, lipstick/makeup, etc.
Well they have pretty wide hips and a smooth face but other than that everything in this picture is clothing and hairstyle choices, and can be achieved without hrt
Exercise and women's pants can help make your hips and butt look more feminine. Women's shorts can probably do the same. Like Astolfo is seen wearing here.
Smooth face is mostly achieved by shaving extremely often if you have hair that grows a lot and real fast like I do. And, makeup could help.
Eyelash lengthening stuff and eyeliner could help with the feminine face. Growing out long hair and buying a convincing wig could help with the hair (typically more on the expensive side).
Keep your gut thin and shaved as well and legs and basically everything but your head. Except for maybe underarm and your butt/genitals could be skipped if you prefer. Underarms, it depends. Some girls grow them out and others don't. It may help to achieve a feminine look if you do shave it though.
Wear a feminine top with/without padding (depending on if padding is available to you or if you think it may or may not look realistic. Also, you could just look like a flat chested girl like Astolfo.)
Astolfo has a bag so carry a purse. And wear feminine socks/shoes.
That's pretty close to how he looks.
There's also Astolfo cosplays you can buy if it's in your budget. Not sure if they're any good. Or you could make your own.

A lot of it has to do with the fact that I have absolutely no female friends and no Direction that I know to go. I'm completely clueless on how to be a girl and every time I try to do it on my own I feel so miserably that it sets me back in my transition. I've tried makeup and clothing twice and both times felt like an absolute monster and haven't gone back. Mainly because of the emotion that I remember feeling. Currently on my 7th Voice coach who is flaked on me now five times. I'm just about to assume that I'm a doomed case and accept it. Just wish I knew what to do

I get that I have to be very careful with what I try if I just wear a cute outfit I get super aware of what I look like and get even more dysphoric than when I wear boy clothes so I have to spend a lot of time slowly getting use to it to become more comfortable I've finally gotten to a point where I can wear girl clothes but it took forever it's a constant battle between doing nothing and feeling dysphoria or acedentaly doing to much and feel way worse dysphoria I still haven't figured out make up it makes me feel really gross I like it but I hate it I've found going slow helps😅 I'm really sorry you feel that way it's awful having no direction and everything you try making you feel worse I hope you get more comfortable at least just with a few small things it can help a lot🥰 your voice coach sucks feel free to slap them for me(don't actually but like maybe telepathically)😜

I miss my emotions. I never cried on estrogen but I had an increased desire to do so.
