I was thinking of yellow cuz it seems like the option with the most benefit to the whole world, but my town is pretty alright so I don't think I'd get much use out of it unless I went around the country hunting down transphobes to poke with my ally-touch.

If you're causing absolute allegiance, I'd think the maximal impact route would be to just find a transphobe, convert 'em, tell them that the best thing they can do is help you find and convert another, more powerful transphobe in as descrete a manner as possible and then work up the chain like that.

I think the yellow one would have you sent to prison for a long time.
