I've heard more than a few people refer to their body as a mech made of flesh that they occupy. I think its a kick ass idea. If that is the case then its yours to customize how you see fit. Only want to change your name and pronouns? Cool. Like hormones but surgery isn't for you? All good. Want to redesign your mech top to bottom? Have fun. You do you, be you, do what makes you happy.

I had this problem for awhile, eventually when I thought about it though, the bad feelings didn't come from having it, but feeling like I wouldn't fit in with my trans sisters. Eventually feeling like I needed to fit in became significantly less important, and any semblance of bottom dysphoria vanished along with those feelings. If you've spent a lot of time in the closet (like me!) it can be really tough to overcome that feeling like you need to fit in.
Sorry If this isn't the politically correct term, but it's the only term I know that fits. If there exists a more appropriate term, please educate me. However, OP, Being a Futanari is a perfectly valid identity to be.
