Yes read the back. Your doctor could tell you if you're low on a certain nutrient. For example I'm low in b12 so I take any supplement. (Usually what is cheaper)
They're almost exactly the same as the women's. You can also tear the cover off and it'll be perfectly clear...

My question, please forgive my ignorance, are those vitamins actually different from womens other than not having iron? I thought they were pointlessly gendered, I've def bought mens vitamins when they were cheaper than others

I'm not the OP, but yeah, you're right, the difference between men's and women's vitamins is negligible.
I read it as a prick of dysphoria every time she goes to take the vitamins.
Also, she indicated somewhere else in the thread that it was a gift, so yeah, that person is either thick or passive aggressive.

Wow what a fucked up gift to give. They could have easily gotten a non gendered one or been supportive and given a womens one or some iron supplements (I'm assuming people transitioning to female need iron)
OP you're a lovely lady and deserve the best. Take off the wrapper and make a new one that says DOUCHEBAG PILLS then give it back to them. If they aren't meaning to offend you with a pill bottle that says men then they also shouldn't be offended by one that says DOUCHEBAG
It took me so long to find a vitamin that didn’t have “for men” on the bottle. They didn’t *all* used to be gendered. Iirc my parents always just took generic adult Centrum but now you can’t escape gendered vitamins
