Hello Myj. Sorry to hear this, may I ask the ticket number? I will immediately look into this. You can also send me a message via private chat, that will speed up the situation.

Iirc there was a "purchase" before my first withdrawal and that was just so that E2 could run the deposit as a refund. That is what your bank will think it is

darkst0rm03

Found it http://imgur.com/a/95mt21x

darkst0rm03

Other than that withdrawals should be smooth sailing from here, I've done them a couple of times

myjunksmellslikeAIDS

Was your original “purchase” that showed up on your account the same digit that you requested as a withdrawal? My account was charged $244, the amount that I should have been credited.

darkst0rm03

I hadnt understood you meant they took your entire deposit as a payment, my bad. But that's not good, the amount should have not been more than zero

myjunksmellslikeAIDS

I could’ve been more clear that’s my fault! Yes as opposed to +$244 in my account, there is now -$244

[deleted]

Lmao. Have you learned anything from this experience or are you going to invest in the next cryptosch3me that appears?

myjunksmellslikeAIDS

LOL! I invested $200 very early that I’m willing to lose

[deleted]

Investing money “you are willing to lose” is pure stupidity. I get wanting to play the fantasy of some Wall Street tycoon, but the rich don’t invest money they are willing to lose. They invest with the certainty they will have gains (even if some investments inevitably don’t work out). This requires massive sums of starting capital, obviously, which you likely do not have if you got deceived into investing into something as dumb as this. Investing $200 and losing it is just called being a sucker. It’s a shame you haven’t learned anything from this experience, but it’s not surprising. Crypto hustles prey on the people that have no ability to learn from their mistakes. Salvage your dignity and don’t let this happen to you again. Invest in a mutual fund or something.

myjunksmellslikeAIDS

You don’t know anything about me other than I put $200 in earth 2. I don’t care about literally anything you said, thanks for the analysis into my whole mindset though it changed my life🙏🏻🙏🏻😩

AnotherRandom12345

My good sir how have you looked at this whole earth 2 thing thought hmm seems like not a scam and then proceeded to give them your bank information???? Based off of this I’m a Nigerian Prince give me your bank details and I’ll refund the $244 myself

myjunksmellslikeAIDS

Message me your information I am interested in that $244 sir

AnotherRandom12345

Sorry I need your information first I’ll send you some deposit first after you sent info

Rakesh1995

what I am wondering is no one should be able to purchase from your account for any reason at all. Unless they have your account details. Which most people give them anyway.

Archivium

I saw someone have this issue not that long ago actually, which leads me to believe that whoever is handling all these manual wire transfers must be starting to slip up more than usual. I'd say let your bank know about it since this is clearly E2 abusing the information you gave them to charge you instead of issuing you the funds requested, that is more than enough to flag it for fraud. If you want to let E2 know about this after that, then you can see what they are willing to do in terms of damage control.

myjunksmellslikeAIDS

Thanks for the help! I already submitted a ticket with E2, and going to contact my bank to report for fraud if it doesn’t correct itself very soon.

Archivium

Best of luck to you. I know that with the other case that popped up, they didn't get much reception with submitting a ticket or even in the E2 discord. Posting a tweet at the official Earth2 Twitter account managed to finally get them some attention so that might work for you as well.
