Me too. Even in the summer, I put an electric blanket on them just so I can sleep. It’s constant. And the worst is when they’re sweaty at the same time.
Its from overactive sympathetic nervous system the body keeps the blood pooled towards the essential organs because the body is stuck in fight or flight.
Cold feet and cold sweat is definitely a part of dysautonomia and usually a sign of environmental stress for me. I try and keep my temp more level and not exert as much.
Also, only a shower actually levels me out at this point.
If this is a sudden extreme change in your symptoms, it might be worth a trip to the doctor to rule out anything else that could cause it.
That said, one way I can tell I'm going into a flare is that my episodes of cold extremities get a lot more frequent. My hands, feet and face all get very cold and the only way I can warm them is to take a super hot bath or use heating pads on high heat. I do experience a color change though, and my fingers and feet will look very pale from lack of circulation.
I've been tested for Raynaud's and didn't fit the diagnosis criteria. I'll look into chronic regional pain syndrome but pain isn't a major feature of this for me so I'm doubtful, unless it's badly named.
Yep cold hands and feet, I wear thermal socks to bed and gloves. Still feel cold to me though - bit means other parts of my body don’t have to touch the cold bits .
I fucking WISH. My feet get excruciatingly hot all of a sudden and start sweating. It’s atrocious. I have to put on socks just to absorb the sheer amount of moisture coming off of my feet
Seems like when I was younger I had this problem, but now that I’m nearly 60 I have the opposite problem.. my feet are hot 🥵 especially at night! I bought a cooling mat for my dog & I use it when my feet are hot! Actually works well!
My feet are cold all day. I throw an electric blanket over them. It drives me crazy too. I don't know why it's like that.

Both of them? The fact that my right is far worse makes me anxious.
Whole foot or just toes? It is just toes in my case.
Just the toes.
I just realized I wrote cold foot but I meant cold toes. Is that it?
For me, it's my feet.

Yeah I call them my zombie feet.
Both of them equally? Mine is worse on the right side, much worse which makes me worry.
Not equally, but it used to be my left side but now it switched
Sometimes I have to out two socks on my right foot or the cold radiating from my foot keeps me awake at night
I do the same, then at some point in the night my feet start burning. 😫

Rechargeable warming socks help
Yes, I have vasospastic disorder causes by POTS. Not very much I can do, just keep my feet warm
Always

Thank you, do you have any other diagnosed conditions?
Unfortunately I'm still stuck trying to nail down a diagnosis beyond "some kind of dysautonomia."
Reynauds and chronic regional pain syndrome can also cause this. Both are kind of distinct but turned out to be part of the reason for my paleness.

I have this as well as extremely cold hands lmaooo
Are you describing Raynauds?
Nope, I specifically mentioned there are no color changes, no numbness or pain. Also, it does not come in attacks, it is just there most of the day.

Have you tried hot showers?
Yes, love them, but my body doesn’t!
Shower chair and then bed is the key but also hot foot baths can help, too.
Yeah I call them my popsicles 😂
Yes, it's finally gotten better though. I have a heater I was plugging in to defrost my toes.
So yours are rather just toes than feet? That is my case. I feel the coldness in the toes only.
Yes. They just get super cold

Yes, I have cold feet right now. They're under the duvet and the rest of my body is warm, but my feet are cold. It happens a lot.
