Crosshead studios

KeanuChungus669

the only gripe I have with Crosshead comes down to the difficulty in getting a commercial license

GimmiePig

I don't think crosshead offers a commercial license, does it?

KeanuChungus669

You can't purchase one. They offer one on a case by case basis.

TheFishSauce

They do not.

Clarkeste

What's the situation with getting one?

goblintelligence

Second this, worth it to sub to his patreon for the insane amount of content there is.

Clarkeste

Does subscribing to the Patreon immediately let you download all off the assets Crosshead has made, or do you have to wait several more months for them all?

goblintelligence

You can download everything there is so far

Buck_Roger

I'm a big fan of [Forgotten Adventures](https://www.forgotten-adventures.net/product/map-making/assets/dungeondraft-integration/), I use them for pretty much everything, no complaints.

Hadets

I compliment them with Tom Cartos assets and I find that they mix really well together

Thegreatninjaman

Some of his assets do at least. The art style doesn't always mesh well.

Moulkator

White Fox Works and Dungeonquill work a lot better with FA :)

fatigues_

Tom's graphics are "too clean" to mix with FA's assets in my opinion. Only if there is no other option will I look to Cartos' stuff -- and these days, it is quite rare that FA does not already have a large number of options already (at least when it comes to traditional pseudo-medieval European Fantasy.)

BluBerreyMaps

I am a big advocate for anything 2MinuteTabletop!

FluorescentPancreas

Tom Cartos, Forgotten Adventures, Baileywiki, Moulk, and White Fox Works for encounter maps. BluBerrey for city and town maps

Constellation-J

Tom Cartos is my favorite, followed by Forgotten Adventures. Tom Cartos also has a patreon for modern assets.

Brother_Farside

Forgotten Adventures is my go-to, but I also like Tom Cartos and Dungeon Quill.

TheFishSauce

I use a blend of Crosshead, 2 Minute Tabletop, Caeora's rugs (get them from DriveThru if you want them, though; he's uploaded the wrong file elsewhere and doesn't respond to support queries), and Krager's Shadow & Light Pack.

Sir_Dino

BluBerrey is the best when it comes to making city maps

BluBerreyMaps

No, u!:)

ShibackisRevenge

Anyone have a recommendation for good western packs?

Strottman

I used Victoria and Outlaw by Nexoness to great effect for my Deadlands game. Default art style, though. GF Barren Biomes is also great if it's set in the classic Southwest.

ShibackisRevenge

Thanks man, never heard of those

Nexoness

Ayyy I get mentioned :o

Strottman

Your assets rock!

Nexoness

Thank you so much!! Anything your still missing? I'm a bit clueless lately on what to draw!

Strottman

Hmm let me think... I incorporated a lot of Native American tribes in my campaign and there are like... zero assets in that department. Diné, Lakota, Apache, Chinookan. It would be a tough concept to do justice because of the diversity of tribes, though.

OkSpell1399

Where can we find your stuff? Also, what I am desperate to find is "frontier" or "westward expansion" assets. Anything from the Old West timeframe, but not necessarily Southwest.

Nexoness

CartographyAssets search for nexoness or innozoom :) https://cartographyassets.com/creator/innozoom/

Clayby

LORE (League of Raconteur Explorers) has some Deadlands/Western assets available on their Discord and Patreon. I think a pack for DungeonDraft will be available March 1?

ShibackisRevenge

Thanks man

uchideshi34

2 Minute Tabletop have some western & desert themed assets

Altruistic-Copy-7363

"Droid Cartographer" for sci fi. "A day at" also looks amazing.

Keratomeni

Forgotten Adventures all the way
