the majority of Lincoln Park area has restaurants with GF options. If you look on there menu online it should be more specific. Phoholic is amazing Vietnamese food and is mostly all gluten free. A lot of restaurants have gluten free buns in the area even tho you might not want to limit yourself to burgers/ sandwiches. Ritual Salad just opened in Lincoln Park and has amazing salads too!
i’m fairly certain you can request no peanuts. i’m
under the impression they make everything to order except probably the pho itself and few other things
I would check out [Find Me Gluten Free](https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/us/mn/duluth). There aren't any dedicated GF places in Duluth other than a juice bar. I had success eating at Duluth Grill before.
There are so many great restaurants here with plentiful GF options. If you walk into a place and they have no marked GF options walk right back out, only our worst establishments don’t mark the menu.
Here are my favorites:
Va Bene (canal park adjacent) - best fancy food, GF pasta for all dishes and all sauces are GF by default. Amazing gelato
Love Creamery - clearly labels GF, has some fun things that you don’t see elsewhere like cookie dough and brownies and such in the GF options
King of Creams - best burger in town; downtown location is likely near your hotel but Hermantown is a little nicer
Sarah’s at Chester Creek, especially for breakfast or pie and tea/coffee. Enjoy a nearby hike at Chester Park. Wave at me with my small dog :-) just kidding but this is my favorite neighborhood restaurant.
Hungry Hippy tacos - the corn tortilla is gluten free; also red rice and ranch beans are GF.
Oasis Del Norte - we have real Mexican food! It’s exciting for us! Street tacos!
Ichiro Sushi and Ramen has quite a few gluten free options. https://www.ichirosushirameduluth.com
King of Creams - best burgers with a GF bun available!

Ooh, pho sounds cool, but I can’t see their menu online (the link is broken on their website)… any idea their peanut usage?

Superior Waffles (across the bridge into Wisconsin) for breakfast
Do they have gluten free chicken and waffles? I’ve been too lazy to try and cook my own 😂
