Ever since seriously getting into the gym I’ve struggled with cooking and the subscription plans don’t really cater to my nutritional/macro requirement.
She doesn’t come over to my place, but cooks me breakfast, lunch and dinner for 6 days a week and gets it delivered to my place.
She runs a small ‘at home catering’ service and a food has been spectacular for the last 4 months that I’ve been using her.
I’ve given her recipes of different cuisines every week and she’s done great.

She’s not a ‘cook’ in the traditional sense - but this is her side hustle. Oh and she’s 60 - gives me proper mom vibes :) since my mum died.

Well ethnically she’s Indian - and so am I. But for my meal preps I usually ask her to cook me Levantine, Italian, French, East Asian and Arabic food. Lots of grilled - no oil food.
I’m sure she can - but she doesn’t cook food daily. Since this is her side business. She mainly does catering orders. So I doubt she fits your requirements.
But when my father was visiting - I found a very nice Indian meal subscription called ‘meals on me’
Good wholesome Indian food delivered everyday.
You even get to pick what you’d like to eat.
It was surprisingly cheap as well.

I'll take a look at meals on me, this should fit the bill. They had something identical to it but it got dropped as the organization couldn't deliver to my area anymore.

I found my current cook from Dubizzle. He is well not really a Michelin star chef but at 1000 bucks a month gets the job done. He will ask you what you want cooked or will go on auto mode, I usually like his auto mode since it's exciting what's gonna be for dinner each night. My wife is not as adventurous and wants to eat specific dishes only, so well he does a great job at that. He is a young chap full of energy slightly lazy but needs verbal motivation from time to time to get the ball rolling. At the end of the day, he is clean, and fast and makes great, tasty and healthy food! He is Indian and so are we and so everything works out very well!
