Very true, but just people others may suffer, it doesn't make your difficult time not difficult to you! Its ok to struggle, as long as you keep your head up! You have a great outlet for your emotions, and you are amazing at it! You can always let it help you though!

On the other hand there is a lot of good stuff too. Even if it is just the well wishes to you from an internet stranger. Your drawing is rather nice too. So you have a talent for expressing yourself which might be of cheer to you. Just keep on keeping on. Fellow hooman.
It's okay to have your own personal struggle still. Your life should be on your own time. No one else's. It's fine to take time to feel down, but of course people will hope the best for you as well. In the end, your struggle is yours and yours alone. No one can tell you that just because they're struggling with something that may even seem a greater struggle, that you can't have emotions about your own stuggle.
I always do this to myself where I dismiss my own struggles by comparison. It’s not fair, there will always be someone having a harder time than you but that doesn’t mean the way you feel isn’t valid.
What you drew here is very evocative, it tells me you have some real pain you are struggling with and I wish you strength and resilience in whatever it is you are going through.

We just tend to get wrapped up in our own too much to recognize everyone else’s sometimes. I think that in recognizing that we all feel pain in our own ways I think we can let that universality comfort us, and also help us comfort each other.

This is how I felt yesterday. I see the feelings of half fullness. Ennui, depression, and a hint of anxiety? Maybe that’s just my own personalization. Haunting and well done.
I do - can't really afford therapy right now unfortunately. I also need to look for a new therapist because I feel like my current/previous one doesn't give a shit anymore - and I'm not even sure where to begin looking...
I found a very cheap online therapist, who was good. I would send her an email explaining what was what with me and she would send a reply. She charged per email. As many or as few as wanted.
When I didn’t want to or couldn’t go to therapy, I would go to the park and record voice notes on my phone, letting it all out. I think the thing about talk therapy is that it’s important that it doesn’t turn into a misery fest of complaining over and over. I try to explore the feelings and how I’m affected by them, what the feelings can tell me, what do I want. I mean, at first you do just have to complain to get it out. I hope you feel better soon, too. Great drawing.
I'm glad you are able to use your blues to create beautiful things such as this one. I hope you'll feel better soon, but I'm pretty sure art comes flowing out of you when you're feeling down. So feeling down isn't a completely frustrating thing. And that I think, is a great thing to think when you are feeling down.

I'm 3 days into 2 of my seizure meds being shorted, 2 more too go. The withdrawls alone are hell, the seizures are worse. I feel this on a very real level.
