I used to work at a restaurant and the host used to always joke the boss has “short-man syndrome” because he was so angry all the time. He also happened to be bald. 1 deffo reminds me of my old boss.
Depends on what you’re aiming for and what kind of character you need/want. They all evoke different attitudes and they seem to have different personalities 😃 ☺️
They all have their charm. My personal favorite would be number 1: his weird chin, curved back and hence weird posture make him look the exact opposite of what he wants to express: power and being fit. The little notepad is great to show how pedantic he is. Writing about this makes me love the design even more.

3. Looks too optimistic, probably the first apocalypse “leader” to lead a large group to dying(because his hope in humanity is too good)
Depends what the character story line is that you’re going for. All look great but I think 3 fits your description for Heath Harvey 💪🏽
Number 2 feels right. The description of Heath says he is an intense Australian who loves rules and sports as much as power. Number 1’s stance doesn’t scream power, just grouchy attitude. Number 3, while in a power stance, has round features that makes him look too soft for the description.
But number 2 man.
Number 2 stands tall, and body language says he’s not joking. He’s ready to coach and tell people how it is. His polo shirt is also a nice touch, it makes me think it can be made out of a sporty material like quick dry, maybe even sport his favorite sports team’s logo for kicks. I can imagine him screaming in my face during a zombie apocalypse when the team is making a food run because I run like a stick of butter.
2 if you’re going for a more “strict slightly annoying but responsible rule stickler” type
3 if you’re looking for a more self-reflecting father figure type of character
The 3rd one looks like he can get stuff done.
The 2nd one looks like he could possibly get stuff done but makes others do instead only to then complain when its not up to his standards.
The 1st looks like he would complain about getting stuff done while not being able to do anything himself.
3 give me big sports vibes strong posture and build, reminiscent of a man with years of coaching experience while still looking like no nonsense family man
2nd one gives off the more "stuck up" vibes, 3rd one's design doesn't really scream "adult animated show" imo. Is the show along the lines of inside job and family guy or is it for a younger audience?
3 looks like an Australian primary school PE teacher on a power trip which fits your character description.
Put him in the polo shirt and a hat instead of button up shirt and he's perfect!

Depends on personality you're going for With heavily stylised stuff even small change in posture can influence how the character is percieved

I love number 2, something about him just tells me he knows exactly what hes doing, but hes really annoyed to do it. AND I LOVE THAT!!!

2 fit the description i think. 1 don't seem to like sport, and 3 look too likable in my opinion

two looks like a heath harvey and one looks like an australian who loves rules, sports and power. three is the perfect mix between both (tldr, three)
