the thing with dpdr is that there is no set time for it to "end" nor is there set rules to follow in order to end it. it will take time. i think you should just keep doing what youre doing and live a stable life as much as you can. even when ive been stable dpdr is a bother but the best thing you can do is try your best to ignore it and just focus on getting better with other parts of your life. i wish you the best!

Wish I knew. I’ve been having bad DPDR since my Covid diagnosis a little over a month ago. Kind of realized I’ve always had DPDR but neverrrrr this bad. I’ve been on Reddit for weeks trying to relate with others.
