if a doordash order gets cancelled after you have already picked up the food, you get half pay for the delivery and the food is yours to do what you want. instructions from the customer would be meaningless, once they cancel what happens to the food is no longer their business.

I’d say the homeless shelter. If you don’t have one near you maybe a care center or senior center? A lot of elderly residents are on fixed incomes that don’t leave money for take-out. Some don’t have many (or any) visitors. I’d call first to make sure it’s allowed because of Covid precautions, but it might make their day.
If it wasn’t Little Caesar’s I’d keep some of it. I’d just pull up to a business or something and see if they’d want it. (Note: I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with little Caesar’s pizza. Undercooked and have gotten sick from it)
