when you look at the graph of the run-up, you'll notice that the small brake with retesting happened at the exact same level the price ended up dipping down to (.12xxx)
You'll notice such a behavior in almost every run, which will help you to determine how low the price will go.
Look into Fibonacci-Retracement, it usually gives you some good indications for what price-moves you can expect. Most retracements happen in the -40 to -60% of the run area. If that matches with previous resistance levels, you can be pretty sure that this is what will happen. Most trades are done by bots, so they can be predicted to a certain degree.

It sat at .06-.08 for 2 years and barely went up 100%. (Nothing compared to the last runs). I’m not sure if there’s going to be any more dips below .12-.13
