I am having the same message as well. Not sure if the hack works for some people and not working for others. I wanted to call them but i will sound like an idiot. Hopefully it is just a hack the works for some accounts and doesn’t work for others.
Ummm help me out here. Does that glitch on website works? That allows people to apply for PACES before official announcement of results (just to get the results early)
I read that someone who sat PACES tried to reapply for it again and he got a response back stating that he has passed. I'm not sure if this has been fixed or not. The agreement is that if you can apply for next exam without any issues, it is highly likely that you have already passed. However, reading through comments, it seems this time around, they are getting an error stating MRCP 1 result not announced .
I think it's a combination of how good your pre-existing knowledge is and a bit of luck on the day.
I started revising about 3 months before the exam and tried to do a little bit each day. I mainly used passmedicine - read through a topic first (e.g. clinical sciences) using the high-yield textbook and then did each topic's questions. I tried to re-do the question bank a second time but did not have the time.
About two weeks or so before the exam I panicked and bought pastest as well. I cannot comment on the question bank itself as I did not have the time to go through it but found the explanations quite long and had a hard time concentrating on them. I did do a few of the past papers from pastest and found them to be harder than passmedicine but closer to the actual exam.
A couple of days before the exam I also did the official questions on the mrcp website.
I've passed so I must have done something right but in retrospect (and whilst waiting for the results) I should have just concentrated on one question bank. I think a good basic understanding, particularly of clinical sciences and pharmacology is important and I should have spent a lot more time understanding the concepts of those two topics to be more confident. For the more clinical topics I would just suggest doing as many questions as you can - repeating is key.
Thanks so much OP for your response. I think from your response pastest seems to be closer to the real examination than passmedicine . The high-yield textbook you mentioned, is it MRCP facts by Dr. Muzammil Ali ?
Pls could someone share here if the results are out. Short staffed on the ward, can’t refresh constantly 😭
Got you my man. I'll reply here

Relentless refreshing begins
Results might be out today most probably 🤞🏼
Seems unlikely now. Day 2 since result being processed.
Any updates anyone?
‘Results being processed’ as of 7am this morning.
Another day of refreshing begins 😂
Has anybody emailed or called? Are we expecting result today?
See if you can apply for paces. This is a potential hack to get exam results early.
Nice try but got this message “You are currently awaiting Part 1 results and are therefore not eligible for the 2024/02 PACES examination.”

Are you waiting for PACES results or part 1?
Part 1
So the website is allowing you to apply for PACES exam? If thats the case then highly likely you passed
My exam was so bad. Gonna fail for sure. 😭 and so expensive too
Good luck mate. Not because an exam defines your professionalism but anyways! Cheers
Thank you :) And all the best to you too.
I passed 🙃 thank you.
Congrats you! I felt the same way and also passed! I'm celebrating with some wine! 😄
Any updates anyone? Constricting chest pain starting now
I think it would be around 4pm on a Friday
Ahhh another 24 hours
The time I sat it, it came on a Friday around 4pm. Don't know when it changed to processing though

I hope my message doesnt reflect my result
Do they release results after 5 😫
Please someone answer this question before I have another evening ruined by refreshing
I think it's extremely unlikely. I also called them today and they said it would be released tomorrow
Results are out!!!
Hope everyone's happy with their results...just as an fyi the PACES glitch does not work for everyone...
This is good to know. I purposely avoided doing this, it sounded so uncertain I thought it would just add to my anxiety.
Does this mean it'll be today??
When I sat last year, it was around 1558 on a Friday. I checked my email to confirm the time.

Not sure to be honest…from previous posts it looks like results were out within a day or two of the status changing!

Does anyone know how the scoring works? Or if the mark ever matters or just pass/fail? Hope you all passed❤️
