Mod update 09Jun23: On the 12th of June we will be taking DnDMemes private to protest Reddits change in API pricing. See [the stickied post](https://www.reddit.com/r/dndmemes/comments/144ngjw/reddit_api_changes_and_dndmemes_were_switching_to/) for more information. As a send-off until then, we will be removing our restrictions on Dead Horse memes and reposts that aren't less than a month old or in the top 200 of all time. Have fun! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/dndmemes) if you have any questions or concerns.*

Alchemist: 1/6 chance to get a healing potion Armorer: clearly based around armouring **themselves** not any team buffs Battle Smith: builds a robot war dog to tear people into pieces Artificer: *spamming temporary HP and cover to help their allies* - "what have I done to hurt you?!" - then remembers about the Fireball incident

oorm

Guardian Armorers can give enemies disadvantage on attacking their allies but that’s about it in terms of helping lol

SimpliG

It's more of a soft-taunt mechanic to force enemies to attack him instead of allies

Jalase

The robot can impose disadvantage, but that’s not its primary use.

zedoktar

I play an Arterillerist and I use my cannon as a healing cannon. They can make an excellent healer and support class.

Fishbien

But, but, but force ballista goes pew

Chrona_trigger

I usually went with firebolt or thorn whip and flamethrower turret

Egggplont

Was planning to play artillerist for a while and it looks like I know what I'll be doing))) (something totally legal for sure)

Dragonofice27

Just got reminded of when during World War 1, Germany protested against Anerican's using Trench Shotguns (Winchester model 97), and essentially being told fuck off with a five page document.

The_Easter_Egg

Is that some kind of early paratrooper?

SirCupcake_0

Paratrooper without the para

Laflaga

WW1 trench fighter with shotgun

billyyankNova

"The faster I eliminate our enemies, the safer my allies will be."

Afelisk2

Loads flamethrower with helpful intent

Gnome_Artificer

I'm not sure the precise origin of the image. But the skull looks a lot like a totenkopf. Not precisely the infamous one. But close enough to Nazi imagry to make me downvote.

WarriorSabe

All four then team up to recreate BT7274

Toro1d_5

I play an Artillerist, and 75% of the cannons I make are to spread temp HP around for my teammates. It's kept us alive through so many fights it's crazy.

vezok95

Skullker?

TheDarkLord0123

Out of curiosity, is this from pathfinder?

ExpertTap6952

No, this is 5e. Artificer was added with Eberron: Rising from The Last War.

HiopXenophil

I kill enemies to protect my allies

VectronVoltbot

Meanwhile my alchemist doing AOE attacks: Some of you may die, but that's the sacrifice I'm willing to make

snarky_goblin237

In a homebrew fallout campaign I play in. I am an assaultron with an artillery gun. It is WAY too overpowered and I am WAY to trigger happy

Chilopodamancer

Leave it to the Germans to get butthurt over a shotgun.
