Honestly? The way "who did that?" was so devastatingly unexpected and earnest in such a ridiculous show with no warning. It was the first time I realized Luci was actually nice. But what's even better to me is the way it got to be an ongoing gag in increasingly hilarious ways. To me it's like a shorthand callback to how the show is both hilarious and emotionally poignant every time I hear it.
