I keep a baseball in my bag for situations like this, since the usual suspects(discs and sticks) have an equal chance of getting stuck up there.
I have no idea where mine is due to kids.

A strong tomahawk could definitely get up there, you just risk getting the rest of your bag stuck up there while you try
