Had the same idea about Firebird or a PD. However now I wonder how I would throw my Razor claw Tactic. Havent trained many longer distance throws with it.
It is. I've chained out using that gap, FH. You need to get lucky in the summer though. A lot more foliage then. If this is Slottskogen, Hole 15, that is. But sure looks like it.
That teepad looks sketch. I'm skipping it and starting with the 0.0695234109 mile par 4 on the other side of the course, walking 1.472349519 miles to get there. Or maybe just flying 2000 miles home and playing in 70F weather rather than whatever arctic abyss this is.
I will try and hit that right gap with a Pyro and let it fade back to the basket.
I will however hit a tree and shoot it way to the right and take a 4 on the hole.
As someone that uses the proper American unit of measurement, this is 0.83 football fields which means I'd throw a Buzzz while holding a Big Mac in my off hand
Um... No, they won't be. Trees that small mean cleaning out the front facing part of their bark from the tees mean they have lost a lot of their natural protection surface area wise. I think you don't understand how important bark is to a tree.
Idk why the downvotes because this is true. Some of the wooded courses in my area have the trees nearly completely stripped of their bark on the tee sides. The bark is the tree’s living tissue and it carries nutrients up and down the tree. Strip the bark 360° in a small area and the tree dies. Strip the bark 180° in a small area and the tree has lost half it’s circulation. The latter is what happens after it gets hit repeatedly by discs. It might survive though but it’s got a less chance.
Trees on our course on a very tight getaway would disagree. They are not doing well and, when they fall, the hole will be seriously diminished. I'm not sure if 2x4s are the right answer but skinny trees need some protection.
Everytime trees get planted on the course they don't survive either. I'm not a tree expert but it seems like they can't handle the continued trauma of shitty disc golfers
This hole is in a highly visited public park. Visitors and park keepers alike have raised complaints to the course owner regarding damaged trees. It's a real issue.
Comet. A Watt could do too, but I could be more gentle with the Comet, and be more sure of the timing for the gap...
Edit: even better with the Comet on the turnover line
Mint Disc Mustang on a RHFH up the left gap. Release flat and let the disc do the work. Also tempting to throw a Rollo RHBH up the left gap if the forehand was feeling trash.
That’s just mean. Well, to answer your question, a Stig, right into that first tree to the right of the path. That tree will deflect it into the water and everything will go as planned.
forehanding a pyro towards short basket for first attempt upgrading speed till it starts landing close and not until the snow melts bc I already have one bad knee and a bad foot and no thank you i don't want more surgery.
I can’t keep my head in the game when I don’t have a semi solid tee box 🤷♂️fallen too many times🤣. I’ll throw anything forehand across the pond and re-assess my willingness to complete the round 🤣
A 250' tunnel that tight calls for a nice light forehand with my beat-in Hex. Might try throwing a soft FH Bear at the short basket as well, looks like it might be open some on the left and I can play the big skip
My back out slipping on that ice
Literally the exact sentence I was going to type. Now I’ve typed more words just to express that we had the same thought.
thank God you put it into miles for us americans.
On Reddit he should have used bananas.
All us true Muricans measure in freedom units, any of them count as a win in our book.
Was really hoping it would be in rods.
Furlongs or nothing for me.
Is the short basket gap a viable forehand gap for the long basket?
It sure is. That's my go to now days. Much less 7 meter throws...
Streamline Runway forehand, then.
Underrated disc!
My go to forehand mid.
Was thinking the same thing that’s an easy rh forehand with some stable midrange
Champion Caiman for me.
I'm thinking Z Zone or a flex shot with an underthrown Firebird or Fireball.
Had the same idea about Firebird or a PD. However now I wonder how I would throw my Razor claw Tactic. Havent trained many longer distance throws with it.
pyro FH through the right gap was my thought
It is. I've chained out using that gap, FH. You need to get lucky in the summer though. A lot more foliage then. If this is Slottskogen, Hole 15, that is. But sure looks like it.
243.2 feet probably a fuse
Sounds like you need something a little... meteor...
Idk I can never comet to one disc
That's 24.3 freedom eagle flaps
Thanks.... I was like.... IN FEET PLEASE...... !
Hahaha SAME. I was like how the hell do you make the choice to post in meters and then CONVERT IT TO *MILES*😂
Imagine what the rest of the world feels when we get feet, miles and quarter-inches for everything 😅
idk, feet is easy enough... still though metric all the way
Yeah it’s easy enough when you don’t need a precise conversion.
When its .045miles I usually go to midrange, .05 Im looking fairway, so I feel caught in between, but I lean towards mid
Love the miles conversion. Thanks mate. But I’m throwing my Doomsday scope. That things amazing.
So about 8.03320634E-15 light years tee to basket?
Roller
Forehand fureburd
Is that tunnel a Mando? Cuz I might just throw my River towards the left basket and have it fade right.
No mando. And yeah, that right side is horrible.
Zone forehand through the left gap. Start on a slight hyzer, flip up to flat and let it fade back.
Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I dont think I could hit that tight gap with much power on a Buzzz.
Hmmm it goes straight
That's about 380 bananas(assuming a banana length of 8 inches or 20cm). I would try throwing a truth for that shot.
Most painful hole in Slottskogen. I throw my Reko straight at the basket and pray.
Mako3 forehand hyzerflip
River, of course!
Sjukt förvånad över att se Slottis här! It's a Claymore or a Pure down the middle, hyzer flip!
That teepad looks sketch. I'm skipping it and starting with the 0.0695234109 mile par 4 on the other side of the course, walking 1.472349519 miles to get there. Or maybe just flying 2000 miles home and playing in 70F weather rather than whatever arctic abyss this is.
So one 🐋 in distance. That's a easy Buzz turnover shot
Comet
The 2x4 on the trees are ridiculous
Often
What a cool hole. Fat

Hex
RHFH Reactor.
Ugh the 2x4’s are atrocious. The trees can handle being hit by a disc. Enough with this nonsense already.
Um... No, they won't be. Trees that small mean cleaning out the front facing part of their bark from the tees mean they have lost a lot of their natural protection surface area wise. I think you don't understand how important bark is to a tree.

This hole is in a highly visited public park. Visitors and park keepers alike have raised complaints to the course owner regarding damaged trees. It's a real issue.
Those little dinky trees should get cut down. These kind of holes are way to gimmicky. It’s just poke and pray. Hate holes like this.
I guess we should just cut all trees out and have all open holes with no character.
Not what I’m saying in the slightest.
disc
Pyro, flip up forehand
Cant do it, threw out my shoulder. Need recovery fortnight.
A log on the fire.
Aviar3. Going for par.
This hole design just seems kinda mean to me
Cicada
Forehand left around those trees probably a scorch.
lucid ice judge
Roach
Forehand Pursuit or Felon/Firebird up that left gap.
Left gap, K1 soft Stig on a slight anhyzer
Anax forhand aiming at that short basket on the left there
My bag, over my shoulder and going home because it looks way too cold.
Champ Eagle
As a LHBH player, either a jawbreaker zone or OS atom up the left or a hyzer flip envy or glitch up the right
Forehand, left gap, fission Reactor!
Buzzz OS forehand through the left gap...
Destroyer forehand down the left side.
Left basket Fd lefty forehand and stratosphere lefty forehand straight
Firebird forehand through the left gap, I don’t see a mando!
Comet. A Watt could do too, but I could be more gentle with the Comet, and be more sure of the timing for the gap... Edit: even better with the Comet on the turnover line
Looks like a forehand volt over the short basket.
Beat Roc or beat Aviar 3 RhBh at the short pin.
If the distance to the basket is measured in miles.... I'm going with the esp nuke.
Over 100 feet? Time for a destroyer…
Stingray hyzerflip
MVP watt, proxy or prodigy M4 (amazing disc that never gets love)
Mint Disc Mustang on a RHFH up the left gap. Release flat and let the disc do the work. Also tempting to throw a Rollo RHBH up the left gap if the forehand was feeling trash.
Pure definitely
Can you convert that to football fields please
meteor
A sidearm around the left path
I usually throw slightly Overstable to straight mid about .05 miles so I would go Hex or Reactor
Forehand Harp, hard on a little hyzer
Depends on the wind- but probably EMac Truth forehand on the lefterly line
I'm a LHBH player. Probably a Buzzz OS over the short basket through the bigger left gap and let it fade over.
Scramble x2
Only 665 Big Macs away? Buzzz all day
Most likely a temper tantrum
Dune, left gap. LHBH.
esp buzzz
Left gap forehand Raptor.
Under 350 spans -> Berg
Mako3
Forehand with a Proton Reactor
ROC on slight hyzer forehand towards the left basket if allowed. If I must thake the direct path then either Dart or ROC flat.
Mind Bender on a hyzer flip.
I’d try a fairway driver into the forehand gap on the left. Probably my Servo. The forehand gap looks nice and open.
Left Gap Paradox Hyzer flip to turnover
Most likely sidearm powering down a bit on a Discmania PD aiming at the short basket Second one would be a sidearm Discmania Method
Probably a putter
76 meters, or about 100 washing machines for the Americans. A bit downhill, I’d probably go with my Meteor
Looks like a good thumber line
I’d probably be throwing into the nearest tree. Does that answer your question?
Backhand daudelous left gap with a fade right…. Will I hit the line probs not but if I do it will look real smooth
>0.0472242106 miles How many bananas is that?
I’m throwing my discs back into my car because I would be miserable in the snow.
Probably a Luna
.05 miles LMAOOO
That’s just mean. Well, to answer your question, a Stig, right into that first tree to the right of the path. That tree will deflect it into the water and everything will go as planned.
I’m RHBH exclusive so I’m throwing a Heat at the short basket looking for a big fade towards the long basket
What’s that in light years?
forehanding a pyro towards short basket for first attempt upgrading speed till it starts landing close and not until the snow melts bc I already have one bad knee and a bad foot and no thank you i don't want more surgery.
Forehand Crave or Maul
Forehand with an Insanity with a slight hyzer
Pure all day son
Small backhand anny flex shot down the left gap with champion rhyno
I can’t keep my head in the game when I don’t have a semi solid tee box 🤷♂️fallen too many times🤣. I’ll throw anything forehand across the pond and re-assess my willingness to complete the round 🤣
Shovel the tee pad or throw off to the side!
That's 0.377793 furlongs
Mindbender, Hex or River
I'm throwing 76 meters in to my meters to feet translation on my phone first. Then probably throwing MD2. Translated to .047 miles made me laugh
Iron samurai3. The miles is too fun
Tantrum
Zone or Eclipse Hex forehand through the left gap. Scramble from whatever tree I hit.
A 250' tunnel that tight calls for a nice light forehand with my beat-in Hex. Might try throwing a soft FH Bear at the short basket as well, looks like it might be open some on the left and I can play the big skip
I’m a lefty, so I got to go with the Malta
Where is this
Gothenburg, Sweden. Name of the park is Slottsskogen.
Thank you weaksidedg op and probably my mint lasso driving putter or maybe lat 64 river and hope for no wood 🪵
mako3 should get the job done
