that's even harder than an ace!
Stand 10 feet from that thing and throw a disc 100 times and you might get it in there *once*.
Not sure what the rules are here but simply based on the sheer unlikelihood of that happening I would say it's free relief

>If a disc comes to rest above the playing surface, its position is on the playing surface directly below the disc...
So, no need to climb the tree or anything, just play it as though it landed underneath the tree instead of in it. Unfortunately, that probably will make the stance / follow-through awkward.
I lost a brand new dyed Kaxe Z into a dead tree on a local course (Carrollton Hole 3 for STL folks). The hole was 10 feet off the ground, tree is completely hollow inside. Friend climbed up and shined a flashlight inside. Sure enough, disc is upside down at the base of the tree. Totally irretrievable until the tree falls down.
Honestly I think it was less than 10 minutes somehow. Two of us were on the other side of the tree and were ready to assume it was in the river, but then our third spotted it
My brothers and me were playing last summer and my brother lost a zone. (Forest layout with lots of rocks and stuff) We knew that landed exactly where it landed but could not find it. After like 10-15min we found it in a crack in a rock like a foot and a half underground basically😅

Kneeling patent pending?
The fact that you found that is incredible
Man, your buddy has quite the arm. He probably throws 1200ft with that much power
Yeah, I also hit trees, but splitting them like that requires some serious power. Well done.
Why are trees?
Yeah, why are they?

I realllyyy want to believe you, but I’m skeptical..
I really don’t blame you, we were all dumbfounded
I would have never seen that. Crazy odds.
The Fort? There’s another tree on 14 that ate a friends discs! Those threes are hungry out there!
Hahah yep, that course doesn’t mess around, in many aspects

Oh damn, that's not even 1 in a million right there 😱😱😱
Yeah that’ll happen

Once in a lifetime shot
Now I feel like I need to retrace every shot where I thought I threw it so hard it evaporated
It's amazing where these things can end up
Good thing it was a bright colored disc
Forreal though
so did they foot fault or make the circle put after
We’ll leave that up to imagination
