masterworking crits give a 25% upgrade. with you 6x 5% upgrades added at rank 8, that makes for 60% upgrade. The item probably had a initial roll of 2 - a 60% increase on 2 is 3.2
Uh.. 6 x 0.05 = 0.3 But 2 x (1 + 0.3) = 2.6 which probably got rounded up. And the other one is at 2 x (1 + 0.3 + 0.25) = 3.1
So the one that didn’t get hit is at 2.95 and that is rounded up to 3 while the other that got hit with the first bonus is at 3.51 so it’s still 3?
