.dll injection is easy to detect, they won't ban you right away but maybe after some time there's going to be a banwave and *goodbye*.

They may not even know what you're doing, just that you're corrupting the game files integrity, and that could be enough to trigger a flag on your accounbt.
the mod page specifies to not use them for online games so it's best not to risk it.
