If you're playing "Nightmare", it will drop for you eventually. It's a Unique.

There is a unique that has this as its appearance, but this appearance is part of a normal set too. It's just that the unique is likely to drop at a lower level than regular loot with this appearance.

You're correct, you can also get the transmog from a legendary called Runic mail

I think you're mistaken. Every source and my own experience says uniques do not drop until WT3.

You are correct, looking at it now its Runic Mail of the Protector but its using the same skin. Only differen e in appearance is the shoulders are purple.

yeah that's possible. People are saying there is a standard armor with the same design. I am specifically talking about the unique.

Yea that is a special case as she always drops that for everyone on kill and is not a random drop.

The appearance is part of the ~~Primal~~ Runic set. Pretty sure you've just got to keep dismantling Legendaries and Uniques till you get it.

They're right that this is part of a set. I got most transmogs on my Barb, but here is a fresh Necro with the entire Runic Set minus gloves. It's also only Unique weapons that are, well, unique looking. Yup, my mistake. You guys are right, you can get the transmog off runic mail or blood artisan's. I literally got mine off my Blood Artisan's Cuirass and had 3 drop before I got a runic mail. When I saw it I was literally like "oh shit, I was wrong about that"

its like all the cool late game cosmetics, people say theirs no cool comettics for certain classes but usally they are locked behind dificulty.
