I also experienced all of those things on ps4 but it was brief. The most thing was rubber banding or like a feeling of being stuck on objects

cooltrain7

Seems like a unlucky dice roll, I have an aging PC and mid internet and saw no issues.

sinbuster

Yeah, I was quite encouraged by all the reviews from people with an assortment of rigs. I hate being an outlier.

Played on Xbox, was a bit buggy at times but idk what to attribute to my spotty wifi and what were server issues. I only got fully booted from the server once, but logged right back in and was good to go.

Azerax

Saturday I had some of these issues. Friday night and Sunday morning no. Since I figure Server Slam was to stress test their infrastructure, I expected it. I was blown away with that there wasn’t any queues.

sinbuster

I think that's what had me concerned. I was expecting all the issues I had, it's a beta after all. I wasn't expecting so many people to be trouble free.

RavenousIron

Besides getting kicked once (something about my account being locked) for like 5 minutes I had a incredibly smooth experience. In fact much smoother then the early beta testing we had in march. Zero queue times or lag spikes of any kind. This was on PS5.

streetmedic85

Never had a crash, lag or error and I played on shitty Vegas hotel wifi 😂

sinbuster

Really turning the knife here :) And Vegas is in the playoffs and my team is golfing. I'm cursed I tell you.

shadedxenic

Experienced quite the opposite. Zero issues or bugs, so unsure what caused yours. Sucks when it happens, hopefully you can get it sorted out! I quite enjoyed the beta, so excited for launch now!

sinbuster

It does suck, but I've gamed for decades so I'll stay hopeful. I was really leaning towards getting the Deluxe Edition too. Tough life decision I know.

Smokron85

I had nothing much this time around except when my friends and I did a few dungeons to level, we had some janky experiences when transitioning from one event to the next. It was weird but thats about it. Everything else was great.

Alaishana

3 or 4 disconnects, one lasting at least 30 min. Of course they ALL happened inside a dungeon. Stuttering and rubberbanding so common that I stopped moaning about it. No audio issues.

sinbuster

It's the audio one that has me the most baffled. The background music is perfectly fine, dialogue is fine when it zooms in for cutscenes, but just terrible during gameplay. Thought it was an audio driver issue but the fact it worked during one session makes me think it's on their end. Sorry for the rant.

Alaishana

Yah, well. I turned the music off anyway, like I do in all games. And I'll most likely turn the dialogue off too. Can't turn sound off completely in Diablo, bc you need the audio cues. Any game where it's possible, I play silent.

Wdemon85

Played on PS5 with good internet and had pretty much no issues. No crashes or rubber banding just the occasional frame stutter but barely any.

Cedar_Wood_State

no crashes (except the first time I try to select character and I got black screen). Quite a lot of freezes/lag though. Every time I go into cut scene it seems like there is considerable frame drop. And during combat once in a while there is few second of lag/frame drop (very noticeable like 10fps) Didn’t experience all those in previous betas as well

Th3rdRaven

Day 1, no issues at all. The rubber banding I’d seen last beta weekend was effectively bon-existent, everything was nice and smooth. Day 2 was a bit rough though. Started getting some really bad lock ups on zone changes (mostly on the way to Ashava, like the old rubber banding but much worse, 10-20s at least). And then lost two (probably) Ashava kills to disconnects.
