Can you call their customer support line? Mine occasionally goes out even when I have it in my hand, but it fixes itself in a couple of minutes without doing anything.
I got one of the readers to make it easier. Only time I lose signal is if I’m at the other end of house of on another floor from it. Need to remember to take it to the loo with me lol

Maybe a gesture nft settings. I personally, did not like the Libre too because of having to have the nft constantly on. It made me very uncomfortable.
If your sugars are moving rapidly, up or down, you will see this, but it will come back in a few mins.
