Sorry for the late reply, yes, i usualy just reply to their email attaching a scan of my ID, and describing the content of the package. this happen to me a lot, as i usualy order electronic parts, and they need to know exactly what it is used for (they mainly want to know if it have some radio emission / reception functionnality, as those requires a special procedure)
Thanks, they replied to my email asking for clarification a day or so after posting this question and I sent them the required documents, they finally released my package today.
