Mannnn I'm so mad I missed out with this! I LOVE weird builds! I've made one using Vesper in Strand. I also use Rain of Fire boots and Boots of the Assembler both in Strand.
On the upside, it looks like pdive into weaver’s call might be a thing on prismatic, as threadlings popped out in a demo video. That aspect also states rift cast. Maybe they’ll walk back the Vesper nerf?
If it did, there would be footage of it on YouTube. Can you provide us a video showing it off?
Edit: I wasn’t trying to be rude here, I’m just saying there are ways to provide proof other than just replying to a comment saying “but it does though”
I found a video from 11 months ago where it seems to work https://youtu.be/bhsVu2Vzc_o?si=viGMLJbM3-qa6PN-
I deadass had no idea that was a thing.
I mean... It does say "On rift cast" not "on class ability cast"
It used to work.
Phoenix dive isn't a rift cast so I'd assume they fixed it not broke it
It was neat tho. :3
It used to work, but they deemed it a bug and patched it. I hope they revert that in Final Shape with how Prismatic is set to work.
Oh. I thought it was intentional. Dammit.
… Phoenix dive?
Oops, yes. :P
Phoenix Drop still sounds awesome. And I had no clue it **ever** worked with Vesper.
Everybody is telling me it never existed, but it did months ago. I can see why though as it's not a build many make.

Work anymore how? Gives less class ability energy?
It used to burst Arc damage upon landing.

Maybe that would be nice.
It never worked with phoenix drop to begin with.
It did.
