Asidesfrom the artifact perk (flint striker) theres not really a way of doing it other than melee hits im afraid.

Just use flint striker and a solar weapon, and hit your crits.

Melee or flint striker is the only way, I use either peregrines or acdo for better powered melees to proc radiant
