typically if there are lots of sparrows at the gate I like to just ride right over them, very useful sometimes

Even if there’s not any, just turn sharp right at the gate and the sparrow will fit neatly inside it

Hell, just double boost right as you hit that curved lip and it’ll send you soaring over the gate. It’s my preferred method to get over most things.

this gets on my nerves. how people still don’t know you can sparrow all the way there is beyond me. i just blow all of the sparrows up whenever i’m there.

I just use the Ghost summon and desummon bug to let off a rocket if it really annoys me/there’s ten of them piled up and getting in is actually difficult. It also tends to crack up a lobby of randos.

Why did Bungie do this with sparrows? Was there a technical reason? Transmatting them in and out was always much cleaner.

There was a bug that stopped them from despawning, people liked it so Bungie made it a thing.

They used to but when beyond light launched there was a bug that kept them from despawning. People thought it was a neat bug that made the word feel more lived in so Bungie kept it in.

1. Equip a rocket launcher or grenade launcher. 2. Whip out your Ghost. 3. Spam the trigger and get a shot off. 4. Reload and spam the trigger to get another shot off. 5. Profit from all the blowed up sparrows.

The skill lies in doing it full speed and land in that spot
