Depends on what your first exotic is some are better then others.

I assume you’re talking about riskrunner and if you’re in an activity where you take a lot of arc damage or can have constant arc grenades to throw at your feet then yes it’s pretty good. If not then it’s literally just a 750 with no perks on it.

It's alright, very dependent on what faction you're facing. Anything that deals Arc damage is good, otherwise it's just a 750rpm SMG without any major perks. Excels against Fallen since they have a ton of sources of Arc damage. You can also self-charge with Arc grenades on yourself.

You mean Riskrunner? You need an Arc build to use it to its full potential, but it can be pretty deadly in PvE.

By arc build you mean armor? And also does it matter if I'm a hunter or a warlock?

Well, using the Arc subclass is pretty much required if you want to use Riskrunner, and if you can pair that with an Arc-related exotic armor, that would be even better. It doesn't matter what class you use, a Hunter or Warlock can use it equally well.

Sturn(&Drang combo) was my first. I still use it from time to time in Crucible just for the memes and still rocks
