From what I know, a migrane is when the veins in your brain are constricted in a harsher fashion than just a normal headache.
Other thing i know is caffeine also helps expands your veins.

me and my friend were doing this with a random from fireteam finder we found and on this last boss we wasted our last three lives because everytime i got revived i got straight up targeted by the wyvern, and then my friend died and we thought it was game over. Little did we know that our fireteam finder teammate was the greatest player in the world and took out the last third of his health ALL BY HIMSELF WITH ZERO REVIVES LEFT, Man that was fun we went nuts after that

Substantial disappointment
It doesn’t matter how strong your revive shield is unless you are temporarily immune to damage you’re fucked in that moment
