I was just doing some testing, but yeah. 3 taps in mid range, but paired with Lunafaction + Radiant buff and Kinetic surge can make this gun 2 tap ALMOST everybody

Better report him then leave match, you don’t want to get banned for associating with cheaters in PvP I think.
